Refunds & Returns Policy

Factory Video Inc./ Gay Reality Porn guarantees that our DVD's will be free of defects and able to play on MOST DVD players. However, game players, older players, etc. may not be able to play our DVDs as well as some other DVDs. This is the nature of the DVD disc and its players, not a defect or fault of Factory Video Productions. We cannot and do not claim that our DVDs will play in all machines bearing the DVD logo.

However, if the disk arrives visibly damaged from transit, or some manufacturing defect, we will replace that DVD with the same title. Damaged DVDs will not be replaced with another title.

As that the content of DVDs are a matter of personal tastes, we make absolutely no guarantees as to the content and your particular tastes, even if a sales person or other Factory Video persons aid you in your choices. DVDs will not be refunded or replaced if you do not like them.

Occasionally programming or authoring errors occur in the production of a DVD title. If the DVDs main feature cannot be played in anyway that title will not be released. However, minor errors short of that will be released if we feel that the DVD is generally playable or there is a way that the viewer can maneuver around the errors. Factory Video Productions will refund or replace a DVD that turns out to exceed that sort of error at our discretion. Naturally, completely unplayable disks (or VHS) will be replaced.

All Gay Reality Porn product is shipped domestically via United Parcel Service (UPS). We will not and cannot ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order has been picked up from our doors by UPS, the order is legally the responsibility of UPS. If the shipment is delayed or lost, you must deal with them. We can provide you with your shipment's tracking number and date of pick up. Any disputes regarding shipping must be made with UPS. Short of confirming that the shipment was made and picked up by UPS, we have no legal authority to be involved and will not be. This includes refunds of shipping costs when specialty shipping is delayed by UPS. However, Factory Video Inc./ Gay Reality Porn will assist in anyway that we can to help you deal with them.

Factory Video Inc./ Gay Reality Porn will refund the difference in price when an order is inadvertently shipped Ground when a request was made for a faster service. We are not responsible for any other costs that may be incurred by this happening and you will receive our apologies. At no time is the $1.50 handling fee refundable. Nor, are we responsible when people in California ask for Next Day or 2^nd Day when Ground Service will actually be faster. Same for Nevada, Oregon, etc. Shipping by ground is the cheapest and fastest for most of the west coast. See the UPS map on the shipping page on our site to see how long ground takes to your locale.

Second Day, Overnight, etc. is your shipping service, not necessarily when you will receive your shipment. Orders received by us after 4pm Pacific Time will not be shipped until the next business day. No exceptions. Orders that contain items out of stock or back ordered, will be delayed, sometimes without notice (especially if the delay is only going to be 1 or 2 business days). Orders with a long delay will result in a notice to you, at which point you will be asked if you would like to wait, or have your order refunded.

Orders shipped to International (NON-US) destinations.

Non US orders are shipped without tracking information available to us. Often through the International Mail. Persons ordering from outside the US are responsible for any Customs Fees and Duties. Factory Video Productions will not be responsible for orders held or confiscated by your country's Customs. As such, non-US shipments are at your own risk. Your credit card will only be charged after final shipping costs are calculated.

All of that said, Factory Video Inc. prides ourselves on having one of the most generous refund policies in the adult video business. We hold customer service to be the most important thing we do (after treating our models like we'd like to be treated). (This is a business formed by former adult video models.) If you have a problem with your order or have any questions about your order, or ordering, do not hesitate to contact us, before it becomes a difficult problem.
