Shipping Info

We ship all videotapes and DVDs via United Sates Parcel Service (USPS). We can ship via UPS upon request

Packages take no more than 6 business days.

Orders are usually filled the same day. Our pick up time is 3:30pm Pacific. Orders received after that are shipped the next business day. There is no pick up Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Orders can take up to 3 days to fill if there is restocking involved. You will be notified if backorder will take longer than that. If you provide a correct email address with your order, you will receive shipping updates from USPS. Including your tracking number.

PLEASE NOTE: WE SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.

Packages must be delivered somewhere where they can be signed for, or will be placed inside mail boxes large enough to hold the package. Once delivery has occurred it is the customers responsibility to resolve shipping issues with their local postal carrier. Every effort will be made on our part to cooperate.

Due to various county and state restrictions will not ship adult products to the following destinations:

• Armed Forces - completely restricted
• Florida - We can ship statewide EXCEPT for Jacksonville & Tallahassee
• Mississippi - completely restricted
• Nebraska - We can ship statewide EXCEPT to zip codes beginning with the following numbers: 681XX - 685XX
• North Carolina - completely restricted
• Ohio - We can ship statewide EXCEPT to Cincinnati
• Puerto Rico - completely restricted
• Tennessee - completely restricted
• Texas - We can only ship to the following cities: Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Fort Worth, Corpus Cristi, Austin
• Utah - completely restricted
• Virgin Islands - completely restricted
